Opening of the new Youth Office in Kragujevac
A new Youth Office in the city of Kragujevac was opened on Friday 23 April by the Minister of Youth and Sport, Snezana Samardzic Markovic, and the Netherlands Ambassador to Serbia, Ron J.P.M. Van Dartel.
The Youth Office, financed jointly by the Municipality
of Kragujevac and the Netherlands Embassy in Belgrade, is an
important tool in the implementation of the Youth Strategy of the
Government of Serbia.
The Office will initiate new activities for young people
in Kragujevac in the fields of culture, education, employment,
sports and health.
Ambassador Van Dartel said in his opening statement that
visa liberalization offered a great modality to young people in
Serbia to discover Europe and meet their peers abroad.
The Ambassador also said that the Embassy is ready to
support the work of the Youth Office in the future.

Kragujevac.
