Theft abroad

If you are robbed abroad, report the theft immediately to the local police and ask for confirmation in writing. If your ATM/debit/credit cards are stolen, you must block your accounts as soon as possible in order to stop them from being misused.

For advice, you can also contact the Dutch embassy or consulate.
